Yes of course. Your account is assigned to one specific branch, however all offices are able to take your orders and answer any questions that you may have.
Absolutely! Each branch offers training sessions on a variety of products. Ask your local branch if you require training on a specific product and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you and your team.
No, as distributors we sell to locksmiths, institutions, contract houses, and glass shops. We do not sell to property management, contractors, or the general public.
We accept direct deposits, cheques, credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
We believe in the quality of the products that we sell and want you to be fully satisfied. You may return your order for a full credit or exchange for up to 90 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. All returns will be pending inspection upon arrival in our warehouse. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent.
To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us first and a customer service representative will present you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the merchandise back to us. You may print our RMA PDF Form here.
Please note: Returns made without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be accepted.
Return policy exceptions: Some Special Order returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking fee. BG Distribution reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
